This deeply rejuvenating 16-day yoga retreat blends daily yoga and meditation with deep relaxation, a transformative 4-stage colon cleanse, and a peaceful environment to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. The first six days follow our regular retreat schedule including Nada Yoga (sound healing), Bhakti Yoga (chanting), and Yoga Nidra (guided deep relaxation), preparing your system for the cleansing phase.
The cleanse includes a special detox diet of a three-color salad thrice daily, a vegetable juice fast, and a guided saltwater colon flush (Shanka Prakshalana) supervised by a trained yoga teacher.
