It’s a short & easy trek that lies in the Annapurna region as one of the best treks to relax and feel the inner expansion. This is relatively easy and short. There are also good hotels and lodges available here.
It starts from Kande or Phedi, the path ascends via picturesque rhododendron forests and terraced fields to Dhampus village where you experience the local culture, conventional houses and people’s warm hospitality. From the hillock, you see the exotic landscapes and the panoramic view of some of the tallest mountains in the world. After we walk to Australian Camp, which is a beautiful, green village best known for the best views of the Annapurna range. On a clear day, you can see an unobstructed view of the Dhaulagiri range & Manaslu range as well.
Dhampus is a small Gurung village. Besides the terraced lush fields and hills, this village is also a particular viewpoint of the Annapurna region. You will be able to see the best of this trek during the spring, autumn and winter season in Nepal.
