About

Shoonyaman Yoga

Yoga Trek is a unique journey that combines the physical challenge of trekking in the Himalayas with the inner journey of yoga and meditation. It offers you the chance to connect with nature, explore breathtaking mountain landscapes, and deepen your spiritual practice at the same time.

Unlike a regular trek, a Yoga Trek integrates daily yoga asanas, pranayama, and guided meditation into the trekking schedule, allowing your body to stay flexible and your mind calm during the adventure. The serene Himalayan environment becomes your natural yoga studio, inspiring self-awareness, balance, and harmony.

Our experienced yoga teachers and trekking guides ensure that you receive both physical support and spiritual guidance throughout the journey. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, a Yoga Trek provides a transformative experience — where every step on the trail becomes a mindful practice, and every breath aligns you closer to peace and clarity.
